About Shelley Gruen

I’m a people-focused strategic thinker who helps clients clarify their relocation dreams into a focused, actionable plan. Whether you’re interested in buying, selling, or investing, my knowledge of the 3-county South Florida market will lead to a faster and more successful transaction. Much of my approach was built from my own moves. I grew up and completed college in South Florida before moving 13 times in 17 years to the Northeast, Atlanta, Washington D.C., and Minneapolis, then returning home to South Florida 10 years ago. Those moves kept me tuned into changing markets and client pain points. They also refined my ability to identify sought-after communities based on all of a client’s relevant factors including changing family dynamics. I’m licensed with the Board of Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and am active in my East Boca community. I’d love to put my 20 years of advocacy and coaching work, sales and marketing expertise, business acumen, and outstanding communication skills to work helping you navigate your next real estate transaction. Call or text today so my team and I can start you on your Search to Loving your Home!
